Superset is a modern, open source analytics tool that provides an easy to use interface to explore data through rich visualizations.

Max develops open source products that reduce friction and help generating insight from data. He is the creator and lead maintainer of Apache Airflow and Superset. He is widely recognized as a thought leader in the data engineering field.
Max is currently a software engineer at Lyft. Prior to Lyft, he worked on open source data tools at Airbnb, computational frameworks powering analytics at Facebook, analytics at Yahoo!, and as a data warehouse architect at Ubisoft.
Vyl has a passion for creating data and visualization products that help data scientists and analysts explore, interpret, and explain data.
Vyl is currently a product manager at Lyft. Prior to Lyft, she created data products at Facebook, and headed up Analytics and Data Engineering teams at various Bay Area companies.
Beto is a software engineer at Lyft, where he leverages his experience as an oceanographer to build tools for visualizing geospatial data. He developed the Pydap data server, used by NOAA, NASA, and the IPCC for distributing meteorological, oceanographic and climate data. Beto was one of the founders of Marinexplore.org, a portal for exploring and downloading public planetary data. Prior to Lyft, Beto built data tools and infrastructure at Facebook.
Arup is an infrastructure engineer working on scaling Lyft's data platform.
Prior to Lyft he led the real time analytics and ingestion team at Ooyala, one of the world’s largest video platform with a focus on interactive video analytics.
Arup is also active in the open source community, having contributed to Apache Hive and HCatalog.
